There are two different models, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. Here are the details for both smartphones:

iPhone 6

•  Housing: thickness of the iPhone 6: 6.9 mm
•  Processor: A8 CPU designed by Apple, 25% faster, 50% faster graphics
•  Sensors: barometer, compass, gyroscope, accelerometer
•  LTE: 20 LTE networks support so that LTE roaming should not be a problem
•  WiFi: WiFi Calling   
•  Camera: 8 megapixel, iSight, true tone flash, aperture 2.2, faster auto focus, Focus pixels, slow motion video recording at 120 fps or 240 fps
•  Camera Software: noise reduction, Improved Face Detection, Burst Mode with automatic selection of the best image
•  iOS 8: Health app, keyboard recognizes writing style
•  Colors: gold, silver, space gray 

Software: Mobile Payment called "Apple Pay" will make the wallet including credit cards obsolete. Does using NFC and touch-ID. Works with most popular credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and American Express and many more. The service will start for the first time in the USA (from October 2014) and then will be expanded worldwide. Works for example in Mc Drive from McDonalds =)

The new iPhone 6 will be available on September 19th in U.S. stores. Pre-orders will be accepted from September 12.
